Queen Anne, Seattle

When we were in Seattle a couple of friends mentioned that we had to go to a neighborhood called Queen Anne for a beautiful view of the city. We drove over to Kerry Park and the whole area did not disappoint. It was probably one of my favorite parts of the whole city. We ended up walking down the street where the lookout point was located to the ocean, just to explore and found the most gorgeous neighborhood garden called Parsons Garden. The whole neighborhood was just pristine and perfectly maintained with the most beautiful majestic homes that were set up on a hill. Our walk through that neighborhood was one of my favorite parts of our trip. It reminded me a little of walking through Del Coronado in San Diego and the beautiful homes and neighborhood there. Can we also just mention that the flowers in Seattle are on another level?! I mean these flowers are no joke. They are bursting with color and are unlike any flowers I had ever seen outside of being on a tropical island. We also took a little ferris wheel ride trip that overlooked the water and the whole city of Seattle. For someone who is a little afraid of heights this was definitely fun/scary for me but really beautiful.

Side note – It’s Queen Anne. Not Queen Anne’s. No one calls it a lookout. You were at Kerry Park and Parson’s Garden.
